Since leaving St Augustine’s I have gained several academic and professional qualifications.  I graduated from Exeter University with a 1st Class honours degree in Leadership and Business Management, with a Deans Commendation for outstanding achievements.  I have also gained a Fellow Membership to the CIPD which is the HR professional body, along with several coaching qualifications.

Over the past 20 years I have held senior HR positions within different sectors.  I am presently the HR Director for a global quick service restaurant brand, based in Atlanta with over 8,000 restaurants within the US, UK and international markets.  In working directly for the COO as HR Director, my role is responsible for executing the HR strategy, developing and deploying solutions to grow the business, and advising on a wide range of both strategic and day-to-day human resources matters.
