ARRANGMENTS FOR MANAGING PUBLIC EXAMINATIONS IN THE EVENT OF ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS WHICH FORCE SCHOOL CLOSURE

1. School will be open for students sitting public examinations.

2. Students sitting public examinations should arrive in school by 9.15am for morning examinations and by 1.00pm for afternoon examinations.

3. Students should proceed to the canteen upon arrival where they will be registered by Mr Connolly.

4. Students will be brought to their examination base by Mr Connolly.

5. Mr Connolly will ensure the invigilation of the examination with the support of volunteer staff who live within walking distance of the school.

6. Students will remain in school until the end of the examination.

7. Students will be expected to make their own transport arrangements for the journey home at the end of their examination.

8. Students who miss their examination will have to sit it in the summer sitting.
